Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of Darts Insights ("the Service"), including the web application at dartsinsights.stream, the associated Twitch bot integration, and the Discord bot integration (collectively "the Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Provider

The Service is operated by Tobias Wassermann (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). Contact: tw@dc.ag.

3. Description of Service

Darts Insights provides dart performance analysis for players using Scolia smart dartboards. The Service includes:

• Statistical analysis of games recorded via the Scolia platform
• A Twitch bot displaying live throw statistics in stream chats
• A Discord bot sending session summaries to configured Discord channels
• Integration with Twitch EventSub to react to stream online/offline events

4. Account & Subscription

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed periodically and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

5. Twitch Integration

The Service connects to the Twitch API on your behalf to:

• Display game statistics in your Twitch chat via a bot account
• Register EventSub webhooks to receive stream online/offline notifications

By authorising the Twitch integration, you grant us permission to perform these actions using your Twitch channel ID. You can revoke access at any time via the Twitch Developer Console or your account settings.

Use of the Twitch integration is subject to the Twitch Terms of Service and Twitch Developer Agreement.

6. Discord Integration

The Service can post messages to a Discord server and channel you configure. By providing a Discord bot token and channel ID, you confirm that you have the necessary permissions to add a bot to the relevant server and that the bot's usage complies with the Discord Terms of Service.

We store your bot token securely and use it exclusively to send the session summaries you have configured. We do not read messages or access other server data.

7. Data Processing

We process game statistics retrieved from the Scolia API on your behalf. This data is used solely to provide the analysis features of the Service. For details on how personal data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Twitch or Discord integrations in ways that violate the respective platform's terms

9. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered address of the provider.
